is it normal to have some discharge tissue during pregnancy
Since you are using the term perimenopausal am assuming you are in the beginning stages of menopause and yes at this stage you can still have normal vaginal discharge since you body has not taken the full circle into menopause. If you feel like it troubles you though, better to see your doctor.

Yes.

It depends what your discharge looks like. Women discharge constantly (may have lesser discharge during peri menopause or menopause.) If your discharge is extremely yellow, is foul smelling, dark (reddish color) you should always see your GP and be checked out to be sure you do not have an infection. Discharge for healthy women should be clear to a cream color. After a period, a woman can discharge a brown discharge and this is "old blood" and can pocket inside and it will just release on it owns. Also, there are times just before periods (just starting into menopause) where there is a pinkish hue to discharge and this too is nothing to worry about. If in doubt please seek out your doctor's advice.
Yes. You will always have this discharge. Always. Even when you go through menopause.
No, yellow and/or green discharge is never normal during pregnancy

Yes very normal. In fact its a pregnancy symptom.
Clear discharge during pregnancy is very normal and nothing to be alarmed about. If the discharge is excessive, wear a thin panty liner to absorb the discharge.
