It is not illegal to doctor shop in state of Texas. There is 2 great article to support this. The most the doctor can do is refuse you n never see u again. But as far as charges it's not illegal in Texas YET. 2012 or maybe then they will work on something but as of now with budget cut and they can't afford to.
