Depends upon what you are doing. Your title would detail it best as computers are so embedded and a part of any job title now
Doing non-work related activities with a computer while a person is being paid to do a job is usually grounds for dismissal at most places of business. Business ethics and guidelines are noted in manuals and or instructions for each job within a business.

By being trustworthy and not doing anything on her 'phone.
If you just watch something happen without doing anything about it, your are being a bystander.
Idle status is when someone is online, but has not been doing anything on the site for a while, or has walked away from the computer.

by being on the computer, tv, etc. by not doing something that works your brain
being honorable only to the person you are with. that means being honest... loving... caring.. doing anything for that person
