According to the rules for Youtube you are not supposed to post copyright material on the site. So theorietically there should be no problem with downloading from youtube; however sometimes people do illegally post copyright material. Therefore you need to be careful in downloading from Youtube.
As a technical matter yes you are comitting an infringement of the copyright holder of the DVD.
look up a pic then open it in a new window and then go to file or click the right-click with your mouse and click save as... and then save it or click download
If you violate copyright laws, yes it is illegal. If you have been given permission to download the music (This is a free download!) or paid for it, there is no problem with downloading. If you copy the words off a web site, you are also breaking copyright laws. And if you pass it off as your own work, it is plagiarism and can get you a failing grade or even kicked out of school.
Not if you properly attribute it. It is more likely to be copyright infringement, however, which is often considered to be worse--it certainly has larger fines.
