Legally, no. The legal drinking age is 19 for beer and wine, and 21 for liquors in Illinois.Serving a minor alcohol is against the law.
There are no evidences to believe that Jesus Christ did not drink alcohol. The Mosaic law did not forbid drinking alcohol. Obviously Jesus did drink alcohol. In fact his first miracle was turning water into wine at a wedding which indicates he was not against drinking alcohol.
NO! Definately not. Drinking can be good for adults, in fact a glass of red wine a day is extremely good for you. (if you are over 18!!) But certainly not. Underage drinking is against the law and it's not good for you so why do it? It stunts your growth, for a start. It can affect your behaviour. I could go on forever. Don't be pressured in to things your friends do.

In a christian country, no. Unless it is against school policy. In places like China and Islamic countries it is against the law to do so without permission of the state.
Yes it is possible but if the drinking age is 21 then it is against the law. As a wine educator this is always an issue if the liquor control board was to walk in and card the people in attendance any one served under the age of 21 would be fined as well as myself and the restaurant.
Technically speaking no law can be imposed in Pakistan that is against Islam. Practically, the ruling elite has its own vested interests. The rulers can't do corruption under islamic law. They can't live without corruption. People like Hazrat Umar (RAU) are not found here.
There is no drinking age, so any teenager can technically drink. However, in a predominantly Muslim nation that respects Islamic law, teenagers, and people in general, are expected not to drink.
Drinking while driving is against the law. The law states that you should not drink while driving.
Allowing fornication and allowing homosexuality are against Sharia (Islamic law)

The country is governed by Islamic derived/Andlo-Franco Law. There were no English/French Laws against drinking and driving - because only a few had cars and they weren't capable of traveling as fast as modern day cars. Secondly Islam forbids the drinking of alcohol and so there is no need for such a law in an Islamic country. There is still to date no drink driving offence in Egypt, it is vigilante territory especially if you go to Sharm El Shiek - the nickname for this place is 'no mans land'.
