Sort of.
Some roads, most usually interstate highways, have minimum speed limits.
Also, most states (all that I'm aware of) also have a kind of vaguely defined law against what's usually called "careless and imprudent driving", which basically means "any kind of driving a police officer thinks might constitute a hazard." Driving exceptionally slowly when there's no reason for you to do so could be deemed C&I and you could get a ticket for it. You could always fight the ticket in court, and you might even win, but C&I is a sort of blanket law against "stupid driving we didn't think to list specifically."
Yes. A Highway Patrol Officer, local PD or Deputy can make the determination that you are creating an "unreasonable traffic hazard" and write you a ticket. This is considered an infraction.
Yes most places if you are in a slow moving vehicle you need the slow vehicle sign
It depends on the circumstance. On most interstates, there is a posted minimum speed, and anyone going below that speed is committing an infraction. Most cities do not have a "too slow" statute; however, driving slow may constitute "Obstruction of Traffic", or a similar offense.
"Impeding the flow of traffic."
Drinking while driving is against the law. The law states that you should not drink while driving.
Driving on an expired license on any public roadway is illegal, regardless of the type of neighborhood or how slow you were going. Period. End of story. As for the purse search, the officer must have probable cause.
Yes It Is

New Jersey
I think so!
It is against the law and the fine is 200.00.
you can't drink and the drive, it's against the law.
People engaged in passive resistance against this law could stage peaceful protests, refuse to comply with the law by continuing to drive, or promote awareness about gender equality through various means such as social media campaigns. This form of resistance can help bring attention to the unjust law and pressure the government to reconsider its stance on women driving.
