Well, to tell you what. (Like I said in the discussion area) When you dye your hair. It turns grey faster. When it turns grey faster it can make you look older. But of course you can just buy crappy extensions. In which, when I got them they fell out and my dog almost ate them.... Back to the point. You CAN dye it. But you will just look older faster, and get more grey hair. BUT! When it does turn grey you can just dye it without bleaching it! With my brown hair., I HATE bleaching my hair THEN dying it. But to tell you what. There are NO nutrients nor vitamins. Just ruins your scalp!
