It should I mean like come on. koei will soon find out that if they release it worldwide they can make more money instead of keeping it in Japan. Many fans are American or from Europe. I'm very disappointed that they haven't release ANY information on a worldwide release i wouldn't expect this from koei. I was also disappointed that I bought DW7 empires and it only had Japanese vocals like why are they getting lazy when they have so much time its not like we are rushing them. Dont get me wrong i love DW7 empires so far but i dont think any work should be submitted unfinished. For now until they bring DW8 with English vocals I wont be satisfied along with thousands of other fans.
