The closest black holes yet discovered are several thousand light-years away. They are so far that they have no effect on Earth or its environment. A supermassive black hole appears to inhabit the center of the Milky Way galaxy, about 27,000 light-years away. Although it is several million times the mass of the Sun, its great distance insures that it won't affect our solar system.

Black holes can only be formed by the left overs of a supernova. A supernova is a gigantic explosion in which massive star collapses and throws the outerlayers into space. If the leftpvers of a supernova are more than three times bigger than the sun they may collapse further to form a black hole.

NOTE: Black holes can only be created in space. If a black hole does occur it will not only swallow many groups of stars but will eventually swallow itself.

Therefore, black holes (even if near Earth) will not effect us in any way.

dont sweat it :)

Is planet Earth going to be sucked into a black hole?

Our planet Earth will probably not spontaneously turn into a black hole under its own gravity since it lacks sufficient mass - it would need several solar masses to so collapse, and the Earth is just a tiny fraction of the mass of the Sun.
