It depends on the type of ice cream it is. Some ice cream flavors are so sweet that it gives you cavities if you eat too much and of course a big tummy ache! Chocolate ice cream is good for your health because it lowers your blood pressure and is considered heart healthy!

Very few things are bad for you in small doses. If you eat massive amounts of ice cream, no, that is not good for you, but eating ice cream in moderation isn't bad for you either.

Of course eating ice is not bad for your health--it's just water. Eating ice is bad for your teeth--it causes your teeth to grind down & grinding your teeth is bad which wears off the enamel. I had to get bone lengthening surgery from years of candy, ice chewing, grinding my teeth to put several crowns on.

No I am a refrigeration mechanic specialising is ice makers etc. Eating too much ice can damage the nerves in the roots of your teeth and they can fall out. As an apprentice my teacher told the class this story as a warning not to eat too much. But moderate amounts shouldn't effect you. Ice is frozen water. Over 70% of the human body is water based. Does water contain fat? No.
