That would be a good way to lose weight, but not the best way to stay healthy. You would not get a good amount of protien, as well as no vegetables. If you want that to be even more healthy to lose weight, I would suggest adding some vegetables in. Fruit in general have a huge amount more of sugar than vegetables.

Good ways to lose weight through diets is to eliminate dairy, and try not to eat alot of sugar, or greasy, oily foods.
