Deducting EPF from an employees salary and not remitting it to the EPFO is considered a Criminal Offense. If found, the regional PF Inspector can even arrest the employer.
Some establishments having less than 20 employees would also be required to obtain PF registration but that is voluntary registration. All the employees will be eligible for a PF from the commencement of their employment and the responsibility of deduction & payment of PF lies with the employer.

If this has not been given to you, you need to find out who your PF trust is and what your PF id and you need to get in touch directly with the PF trust to get your account statement.
