I started with chimchar and got all the starters, so I would know which starters are good . Watch this: Infernape(fire fight) : can kill torterra with fire type attacks and kill empoleon with fighting type attacks, or since empoleon is a water steel type, and steel is weak to fire, fire can also do quite a bit of damage. Empoleon( water steel): can take out infernape with water type moves, and take out torterra with steel/ice type moves. Torterra(grass ground): take out infernape with ground type moves and empoleon with grass type moves. So once they all evolve, they can take out each other. You know what, start with chimchar and trade some other Pokemon for a piplup and a turtwig.

No! It is not a good team. Because Garchomp and Rapidash could fall to a Lapras. Medicham could fall to a flying type and so would Roserade. And empoleon could fall to an electric type and also weavile would fall to a fire type.

They both can learn hydro pump Wrong dude Empoleon is not weak to fire its just not ineffective as it was when he was a water due to him being a steel type, and the secret to using Gyrados is by using attack water type moves such as Waterfall, because Gyrados has bad special attack rate. So before you go and correct someone think first or get your information right, and Golduck doesn't suck. He is used correctly.
