Yes but i would change Flareon to a different type fire pokemon. I would also change Victreebell Bronzong. But Empoleon Dragonite and Aggron are good.

Replace Flareon because it has no good moves to take advantage of its good Attack stat. I'd say using Infernape, Blaziken, or Magmortar would be smarter. There are better Water-types out there than Empoleon. Swampert, Milotic, Gyarados, there's a lot that's good. Raichu is terrible compared to what you could have. Magnezone or Electivire are probably the best Electric Pokemon out there. Staraptor is a bit too frail for a Flying type; I would go with a Dragon-Flying, like Dragonite. Otherwise, good team.

Great just of course watch out for specific trainers: Ice type trainers can easily defeat scyther and dragonite, Rock type trainers can beat dragonite, scyther and flareon, Electric type trainers can beat feraligatr and scyther. Your sixth Pokemon can be whatever you want just remember to be balanced.
