No, cats have an intolerence to lactose found in all forms of cows milk. Use cat milk. If you give this milk to your cat, it will develop diarrhea

No, you don't feed any cow any sort of milk. Cows drink water, not milk, and eat hay and grass, not evaporated milk.
No, It is not. As my mother always told me, "When in doubt, throw it out" and I would do that with lumpy evaporated milk. Makes me shudder just thinking about it.
It won't hurt them in small quantities, but it shouldn't be a major part of their diet.
Evaporated milk is very safe to drink. Some people claim it has a different flavor than fresh milk. It comes in whole, low-fat, and no-fat varieties, so you can use something similar to what you drink in fresh milk. It has about 60% of the water removed from it, so most people do one can of evaporated milk and add a can of water to it to bring it to the consistency of fresh milk.
Many adult cats are lactose-intolerant; however, a small amount of milk will not hurt them.ADD:Instead of even giving a cat a small amount of cow's milk, it is advisable to buy some specially formulated "kitten/cat milk" instead. This is completely safe for cats and is often fortified with extra nutrients.

although people think that cats just drink any milk, whole milk can actually be harmful for them. You should really try to buy proper kitten or cat milk that was specially made for cats. What is made for humans is good for humans and not so good for other things i mean you wouldn't eat your cats cat food so why give your kitten human things. Give it whats best for them it will keep it a lot healthier.
I don't think so
soaked
If the can is not rusted, swollen or leaking, it might be safe. But the flavor may have deteriorated. Don't ruin your pumpkin pie. Get a fresh can of evaporated milk.
