Because those resources (any kind of ore, for instance) are not renewable and their sustainability is bound up with the law of supply and demand. Moreover, some kinds of extraction( fracking, for instance) pose a major threat to the environment, while others, which cause land subsidence,to name but one drawback of extraction, are used to engineer industrial processes that cause highly toxic pollution, and finally and perhaps unexpectedly because extraction of rare earth minerals, magnesium and other substances impoverish the earth around quarries, thereby impoverishing the quality of the foods that end up in our plate.
It is bad for the earth because its a bad example to throw out reusable and materials that can be recycle and its bad for the earth to leave it there and not care that's why you should reuse and use.
Well it is bad because you are going to be causing more pollution to extract the ore from its original element so it is a terrible idea to harvest metal for its ore by Alex.T
It's not, mining it is. Ores are a natural part of the environment. The danger to the environment begins when "civilization" decides it needs the ores and will do almost anything to get them.
the good is we get salt from the sea and oil but the bad is it kills animals!
Some materials like plastic are bad for the environment.
Elmer's glue is not bad for the environment.
Yes they're very bad for the environment
Aluminium doesn't rust, ever. But it can corrode, which is similar. Anodising offers some protection, but it's all down to how bad the environment is. Bad enough, and any metal will take damage.
because it uses electisity which is bad for the environment
Some materials like plastic are bad for the environment.
No it is not bad
it is bad because
they lived in a bad environment
Industrialisation is both good and bad...It's effects on environment are horrible.
