I wouldn't say that this is a symptom of depression but I do think that there must be some emotional issue that you once had with the person that you looked at. It could also be that perhaps you really like the person but cannot be with them for whatever reason. Whatever the case may be I hope that you will somehow be able to find happiness in life.
