First Class mail is not the same as Priority Mail. Packges to be sent First Class must not weigh over 13 ounces, and there is no flat-rate box with First Class. Nothing, really. Most mail is assumed to be sent First class, which is the standard or regular mail. If you are sending merchandise, you can reduce the cost, but it will not get certain priority handling. There are many different rates that can be used in bulk mailing, but First Class is usually going to be your best bet.

Anywhere from 1-2 days depending. Priority mail is always faster. But cities in the same state tend to have faster rate of exchange.

It is the same as it is in the states. We are a US Territory and we use the USPS with the same rates for letter/postcard. Or Zone 7 for Priority Mail.
