Presumably one is made in China? Other than that the question makes no obvious sense as functional flatware is essentially never made from anything but metal.
China and Vietnam
My "Easton" place settings and replacement pieces I bought up until 2004, or so, said made in USA. The replacement place spoon I just received (Feb 2008) says it was made in Indonesia.

My first one purchased in 2018 was made in Vietnam and my current one purchased in 2019 also made in Vietnam.
