Flora cuisine does not actively lower cholesterol. It is marketed as "lower in saturated fat than olive oil", which is true, because flora cuisine is primarily made from sunflower oil. This implies that it will raise your cholesterol "less than olive oil will" - but does not lower your cholesterol.

Flora cuisine is also marketed as "a natural source of Omega 3 and 6" (which is from the proportion of linseed oil in it), however if you are consuming enough Flora Cuisine oil to actually use it as a source of Omega 3's and 6's, you're consuming far too much of it.

There is no real benefit from switching from using olive oil / sunflower oil to using Flora cuisine, since you shouldn't really be consuming oil in the quantities that would make switching worthwhile (e.g if you're only using about a tablespoon of oil or less in the average day, there's no real benefit to switching). Flora Cuisine is still oil, it is not a healthfood and does not actively lower your cholesterol. To lower cholesterol, it's more effective to reduce the total amount of oil in your diet rather than switch to something that appears "healthier".
