Well anything fried is not good for your health in general. Fish is a better choice than chicken, unless the chicken is lean. They are both pretty healthy options though.

Any type of fish tends to be pretty good for diet and is better than beef or pork and even chicken, as it has a much lower fat content. Avoid fatty fishes, though fish oil is very good for the health. Broiled or poached is better than fried.
Fresh fruit and vegetables are great for us, also meat, chicken and fish for a balanced diet.

No. The only meat McDonalds lists in the ingredients for chicken McNuggets is chicken, and adding fish would make no sense because fish is much more expensive than chicken. Compare the price per ounce of store-bought chicken nuggets and fish sticks.
