Gamevance is not safe. Gamevance is Malware and there is no way to delete it besides using Malwarebytes.

He's right on one part. It is not malware. It is Trojan Horse Generic19.BRIP and is very tough to rid yourself of. Remember to keep full system backups. Also, Malwarebytes is an OK program, but I prefer Symantec Norton Antivirus, avast 4.0 Antivirus (Realtime Scanning for your added security) or AVG internet Security.

How can you get rid of the gamevance cache and on windows defender you tried to remove the file but that didn't work and now you can't quarantine it?
By using msconfig you can disable gamevance in start up. By doing this gamevance can no longer instantly run every time you turn your computer on. I have not found a way yet to completely remove gamevance because when I tried deleting the files it said I don't have administrative rights (which I do sense I am the admin). Well any way hope this helps. (To get into msconfig type it into run and hit enter).
