It sounds to me like the later part of stage 2 of three full stages. Usually, this is a warning that spinal fluid is being discharged. Is the cancer also in her brain stem? If the tumor has spread or originated there the fluid which makes her feet look like this is abnormal and requires special medicine to prevent damage to the tissues in limbs, feet, or skin. There is a good risk of partial paralysis if this goes ignored for very long not to mention a mini-stroke which can cause more incapacity. Get her to a Nero oncologist IMMEDIATELY. if you don't, she will be in big trouble! My wife deceased in 92 froma glioblastoma, I think they called it. good luck
