You should get Ghost Recon AAdvanced Warfighter 2 because if you get Fireteam Bravo 3, the missions are very less (8 missions) and the game hardly has anything else to do after you've beat the game. I'm serious about this. You don't have to believe me;try it yourself and you will regret it. I'm sure Ghost Recon is fun too.

What is better Halo 3 Recon or Call of Duty World at War or Halo 3 or Halo Wars or Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare?
I you are in to more action type games ( which I am) it would be Cod 4 or Cod 5. Out of those i prefer Cod 5 because the maps are huge. Ghost Recon and Halo are both strategy games, which to myself aren't as fun. In Ghost Recon 1 and 2 you are the leader of the group. You lead your teammates, air support, and ground support. It is strategic and more realistic, but the graphics are not nearly as good as CoD 4 and World at War. In the CoD games, you are a soldier that is given orders. A bit less realistic, (you can get shot over 50 times in a mission without dying) but has amazing graphics. It isn't as strategic as Ghost Recon, but you do get more action out of it. Halo Wars is like Ghost Recon on a much larger scale, except you dont do any shooting. You make a base, make factories that supply support, and order the support to do things. I don't know much about Halo 3 other than it is 1st person and strategic. Many of the games are older and it might be better if you got something just released like Call of Duty Black Ops rated 9.0 by Gamespot and released on November 9 2010 or Halo Reach rated 9.5 and released on September 14 2010

Don't quit out of games just because they don't have a Bungie Employee in them. Just have fun and play the game, and you might get lucky and face the Bungie teams. If you beat them, you get Recon. If not, you can just wait 3 weeks until ODST comes out and everyone can get Recon
