I think you mean ginko biloba. Yes it is safe for kids. It has been shown clincally not to have significant effects on memory and concentration but if your child insists on taking it it won't do any harm. Its herbal medicine which to a pharmacologist like myself means it overpriced, heavily dilute, ineffective medecine... but that won't stop the majority of people believing it.
