Yes it is bad. If you live in low lying coastal areas, or areas that will suffer extended drought from climate change, then yes, global warming is not so great. That represents a considerable fraction of humanity. Many of the people in these sorely affected areas will seek to immigrate to positively impacted areas, which will represent another negative impact.
Global warming is not so great for coral reefs, and many species are expected to suffer extinction as the current pace of change is pretty dramatic. The earth has warmed and cooled in ages past, just usually not so rapidly. With a diameter of roughly 8000 miles, planet wide environment change was historically "glacially" slow. But with the onset of the industrial revolution we have really pumped up the rate of change.

∙ 12y agoNO! not at all. it is ruining are planet and we HAVE to take a big step forwards or we will either have to move to a different planet or die. Many people believe global warming is not serious but it is fact that it is hapenning and it is killing us, our enviroment, and our planet. HELP STOP IT BY RECYCLING, AND WALKING OR RIDING A BIKE MORE OFTEN THAN RIDING IN A CAR. DO YOUR PART TO HELP SAVE OUR PLANET.
