Are Kraft food gluten free?
Yes, it is. I had the same question. I was concerned about the "modified food starch" that is in the list of ingredients. This is basically hidden gluten, unless it specifies that it is modified corn or potato starch. I googled it and all of the sites say it is gluten free.

They do not contain gluten per say. But, the protein in them can be a problem. I had to go off tomatoes after going gluten free. They were causing the same symptoms as the gluten. This was also the case with peanut butter. Sherri

Usually, although you can buy/make gluten free granola. Most granola contains oats, and you can assume all oats are contaminated (because they are cut on the same mills as wheat and other gluten grains) unless they are certified gluten free.
Does rye flour have gluten?
Yes, it is a member of the same family of grains as wheat. Avoid rye if you have coeliac disease. The grains in question are wheat, rye, barley, kamut, spelt, and triticale. There are other grains that have gluten but not the same type that causes a reaction in Celiac patients, such as corn. If you have a wheat allergy, not coeliac, you CAN have rye.
Are yeast-free and gluten-free diets the same?
No, gluten-free diets are void of gluten which is found in wheat. All normal wheat products like bread, cakes, biscuits etc. must be excluded unless they specifically say 'gluten free.' Health food stores and some supermarkets stock gluten-free products of your favourite food. Yeast does not contain gluten so it can be in products you can eat if you are on a gluten-free diet.
Is Pillsbury all purpose flour gluten free?

Is Dunkin' Donuts french vanilla gluten free?
I looked up the same question because I am having symptoms as if I have had gluten, but I saw all dunkin donuts coffee flavored and unflavored are gluten free.
