No. They are a legitimate company and have been running for some time Many people believe there are a scam company because they charge a fee but i found they have nothing to hide about this fact because this is mentioned on the 'loan faq' section on their website. If anyone actually bothered to read this when applying I think it would get rid of a lot of angry people who think they are being scammed when the fee is mentioned during the application process. They have nothing to hide. Unlike a lot of other brokers I have dealt they actually provided me with what I wanted. Documents were received in a few days, I sent them back as requested and received my funds a couple of days after the lender had their documents returned to them. A+ Service.
