As far as I can see from the latest Rockstar news, the Episodes From Liberty City disk will be available for purchase containing The Lost & Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony for PS3/PC; but they will be available separately if purchased as a download.

i have the gta 4 for PC and i got it from a friend and it has two discs. I don't know if that's how many its supose to have, does anyone know the answer? I have for GTA IV Disc 1 and Disc 2, but I also have The Lost And Damned & The Ballad of Gay Tony Disc 1 and Disc 2.

The Ballad of Gay Tony & The Lost and Damned are available in games disk on the XBox360, PS3 and PC as Episodes From Liberty City, so this doesn't need to be used with the original gta IV.You also don't necessarily have to have played gta IV to enjoy the EFLC, but I think it is a good idea to have done so, because you get to understand the games better.
