It's not really for kids under 10. Seeing as how kids mimic things they see, since the game is a shooter, it would give a bad influence. Thus, lawsuits on games. It's all the parent's fault in the game. Before I drift off to GTA, I'll finish your question. The game would be for a 10 year old and up, if they are mature enough. It's rated M because of blood and violence, but if it had no blood, it would be T. The matters in the stories wouldn't be understood by the child, because they would need to read the books, or play the games and pay CLOSE attention. So yes, in a way it is for a kid, based on their maturity level.
