Gosh people, there is no cheat for having a baby. Your animals can have babies but your Sims can't. They can't even do woohoo. I'm sorry but there's no way. i have sims 2 pets for ps2 and there's no way.sorry for sounding mean but you can't!!!!!I don't know if there is a way of having babies, but I want to know how to have babies, as on the Sims 2 Pets ps2 packet, there was CHILDREN on it? So, how can you have babies/children if the mother cannot have children? :/
