as a professional i believe with strong reguards to those who suffer from ostegenesis imperfecta , that a massage would benefit and promote a better quality of life to those afflicted. i must advise however that because many massage professional do not have medical training in there background that as a patient you should inform your therapists before a massage is even performed as to the severity of your OI and go over any and all areas that have been previously stressed due to fractures and breaks as well as any known deformities with bends and enbowments, also whether you have underwent surgery that includes rebreaking and or rodding of any kinda.

It depends. Diabetes is not a contraindication by itself. What is most important is the progression of the disease and the overall condition of the person. If there are any doubts about the risks and benefits of massage on a person with diabetes, have them consult with their doctor.
