Sounds to me like the case for a new ticket or even arrest. Something is not kosher.
In New York, if the summons is not written correctly, it will dismissed. In your case, they had the wrong license number and wrong address written out so I guess 99.9% your case will be dismissed.

To obtain a Florida's drivers license you will first need to complete a traffic law and substance abuse education course. Then when you head to the BMV make sure to take your proof of primary identification, social security card and two pieces of mail showing your residential address. After presenting your items of proof you will then need to pass a written road rules and road sign test along with a vision and hearing test. The last thing you will need to do is pass the driving test to obtain your license.
