Personally I don't think so. But it does depend on the person. If you're a very mature 18 yr. old and he's a very immature 24 yr. old you may be a match made in heaven. Think of it this way-girls usually act 2 years older and guys 2 years younger. That only makes you 2 years apart. May mom is 14 years younger than my dad and they've been together for over 20 years. It all depends on the stage you're in. Some parents may be extremely cautious of the age difference, but now is the time to make your own decisions. You have to experience some things before deciding.
