Usually not. Apart from Helium being a very light gas its is also a very small molecule, it is harder to contain than other gasses made up from bigger molecules.(helium is routinely used when checking for leaks in hermetically sealed systems. Partly due to traces of Helium being easy to detect, partly because if helium can't get out, then nothing else will.)
A Helium filled tire would lose pressure much faster than a tire filled with ordinary air.
On top of that Helium is a bit expensive, and has to be bought in bottles. Not much point in using something that is more expensive and does a poorer job than something that's free only to save a few grams of weight.
put helium in the tires and pedal fast
It is an object that measures the air pressure of things such as bike tires, helium balloons, etc.
Helium is lighter than air. So, tires filled will helium will help the tire rise up in the air.
Some times
The use of Continental bike tires are mainly used and made for people who ride bikes for a living or take very long bike rides and need very safe and reliable tires to ride on.
No
My new Chevy Equinox came from the dealer with helium filled tires. Since this cost money, what happens on a trip if they leak and I need to add air?
Someone can purchase dirt bike tires from Rocky Mountain ATV and Motorcycle in Payson Utah. One can also shop at Motor Sport for dirt bike tires. Local bike shops in one's area will have dirt bike tires also.
For riding on hard, smooth surfaces narrow smooth high pressure tires are used. For riding on soft, uneven surfaces wide knobbly low pressure tires are used. For conditions in between tires in between are used.
There are not any actual tires installed on this bike.
a triathlon bike is like a road bike, thinner then mountain bike tires..
Yes, bike's is the possessive form for the noun bike; for example the bike's tires.
