No it's not a scam. I would say that the business opportunity that comes along with it does not typically amount to much unless you know lots of people interested in losing weight, but my experience is that it is a very solid way to lose weight. You have to understand that the shakes are only part of the diet, and you have to still eat some normal meals with it.
