This is actually an interesting question. Heroin is morphine/opium.
Up to a point it seems stimulative, can make your brain go real fast.
Heroin can be very dreamy and fast at the same time.
(check out the crazy fast music made back in the day when all the jazz players were on heroin). Also it is an analgesic which when you don't hurt you can be up and moving around more. Technically morphine however is a CNS depressant not a stimulant. Take to much and you go to sleep.
