Parents who have an open schedule, patient, and also good at discipline. You want to be strict enough that you kids learn but you also want to be patient enough so neither side gets aggravated. You have to learn how to discipline them but make sure they learn at the same time. As parents, they should not be working and have a ton of time at home.
