And especially for yourself, not for him - I guess we always have to be honest to ouselves. If you have to get it "out of your system" it means that your relationship is not fulfilling as you wish it was, or maybe you are not sure of what you feel about him. First, I think disonesty should never be encouraged - so I say yes, it is bad. Secondly, try to put everything together in your mind and put yourself in his place - what if he comes to you RIGHT NOW and says "hey, I hooked up with someone just to get it out of my system!"... How would you feel? Bad, huh? Think about it!
