About half of which are fat, which is also a lot.
That doesn't mean, though, that you shouldn't eat humus.
Just don't eat too much, and don't treat it as a diet food.

∙ 14y agoWell, hummus is gluten free depending on how you make it. My dad takes chickpeas and boils them for two hours at a low temperature. He then lets them sit in the water for another two hours, therefore absorbing lots of water. Then, he blends the peas up with onion, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor. However, some people will add flour to hummus to make it more substantial. I hope this answers your question.

∙ 13y agoHummus can be good for you in moderation. Hummus is high in fibre and gives you iron, protein, and other important minerals. It is high in fat content but fat isn't necessarily bad for you. If it's eaten as part of a balanced diet, it should be healthy.

If I'm wrong go on Google , type in 'houmous recipe' , and ooh la lahh , you got a houmous like 'thahh' [that in a weird accent :D]
