Hydroelectricity
1 dollar to set up biomass
It's expensive at the start, because of the dam and the turbines. It's also expensive in that it floods river valleys and damages the natural habitat. Perhaps farms and villages have to be moved. Once it is set up, the only cost is maintenance, and it produces clean green electricity as long as the water keeps flowing. Global warming, of course, may alter the amount of water!

it can be expensive to set up and maintain the online systems
There is usually a large one off initial capital outlay, for example to build a dam. After that the electricity produced is almost zero cost. Try adding upkeep, maintenance and various wages to that zero cost.
Hydroelectricity does not contribute to global warming.
According to the research I have done they are a tad bit over priced unless you consider over 400 dollars for a set of knives a good price. In conclusion my opinion it is expensive but up to you.
There is no energy when there is no wind. Also, it is expensive to initially set up.
