If you are already familiar with rollerblading (i.e. you do it a lot), then in my opinion its ok as long as you take necessary precautions- dont go too fast, never rollerblade at night, never on uneven terrain, etc etc. And keep in mind that as your body changes and your belly gets bigger your balance will change, so I recommend it only for the first five months or so, or until you start to show. If you do choose to rollerblade, dont overexert yourself or take any unnecessary risks.
