I want to get married to a girl whose father is in another country, and at present I cannot travel there for us to meet and do the marriage contract, because of my financial situation and other reasons. I am living in a foreign country. Is it permissible for me to call her father on the phone so that he can say to me, "I marry my daughter so and so to you," and I can say, "I accept," with the girl's consent and with two Muslim witnesses listening to what is said by means of loudspeakers attached to the phone? Would this be considered a valid marriage contract in shari'ah? Praise be to Allaah. We put this question to our mufti and shaykh, al-'Allaamah 'Abd al-'Azeez ibn 'Abd-Allaah ibn Baaz, who replied that if what is described in the question is genuine (and is not done for the purpose of cheating), then it fulfils the purpose of meeting the conditions for nikaah, and the marriage contract is valid. And Allaah knows best. Fiqh (jurisprudence and Islamic rulings) - Nikaah (marriage) - 'Aqd al-Nikaah (marriage contract)

An emancipated minor refers to someone below the legal age of adulthood who is essentially freed from the control of his parents or guardians. He is allowed to conduct business and sign contracts by himself. This can arise under various circumstances, such as the death of his parents or marriage.

Only if the pagan clergyperson (Shaman/Wiccan/Druid/whatever) is licensed by the state to conduct marriage ceremonies.
The first step is to get a copy of your marriage certificate. The certificate should have the details of when and where the ceremony was performed, and who was authorised to conduct it. You can then conduct the department in charge of marriages in whatever state or region you were married in and ask them to check the marriage license of that person. Normally you can only have a marriage certificate registered if the celebrant was legally authorised to carry out the wedding.

A bar mitzvah is not something to "go through". A bar mitzvah is a person, specifically a Jewish adult, fully and solely responsible for his own conduct and behavior, legally entitled to enter into binding contracts, legally acceptable as a witness, and as his own litigant in disputes of law. A Jewish male becomes one at age 13.
