Yes. If your fortunate enough to be awake at 2 am set your clocks back an hour. If not, set your clocks back when you retreat for the night so you wake up to the correct time. Setting your clock behind isn't nearly as implicating as making a mistake in the spring when you set your clock forward. That makes you late. Today just makes you early.
