Then you put a rose on the female dog and a lucky collar on the male dog. After that you play the nintendogs theme. Make sure you make your nintendogs really happy and well fed first. then save and turn it on, the next morning you should have one puppy. Try it, it worked for me and my friends!!

Nope. Nintendogs doesn't do breeding. I believe it's because some young children play the game...
How do you no if your Nintendog is pregnant?
To get your female nintendogs pregnant all you have to do is feed the male and female milk and dry food only. You cannot take the female on walks or put her in contests only the male can do so, but it's best you take neither. Let them cuddle and snuggle with each other. If you have a smiling dog record or a friendly whiff record play them, and last but not least if your female nintendogs becomes noticeably fatter it may be pregnant.
How can Nintendogs breed?
You have to get 1 male 1 female (sorry, I haven't done this yet. my source is youtube!) of the same breed and see if they get along. If they do, they should cuddle, the male with his head of the females back or vice versa. Wait four days, but only go onto nintendogs to feed them. You should be able to notice the female getting fat. If you brush her on the 3rd day, you should be able to see a little kick in her belly. That is the puppy. Now, this is something that you should never do if you have a pregnant female(don't do it to the male either.) NO WALKS OR COMPETITIONS! Only bathe them if they have fleas jumping from their coat. It was not very helpful, but there you go. Go onto youtube for some better information.

Theres not really any difference, between a male and female dog on nintendogs, but their behaviour may be different. You can find out it's bevahiour when you adopt a dog.
