I wouldn't think so. Shes still basically a child herself. He is obviously taking advantage of a young, nieve girl. If the law wants to be strict on statutory rape it should apply here.
AnswerI know many 19 year old girls that are attracted to and take advantage of older men all the time so I don't see why some people think that a relationship like that is the fault of the older man. Many girls that age are attracted to older men because they are usually more stable and have more to offer than the boys that are their age.
