Yes. But don't flirt with him immediately. You have to get to know him. If you find out that he's not as nice or cool as he looks, then you'd probably not have a crush on him anymore. Believe me, I know. I dated this extremely cute guy once but didn't know him that well. (Kind of like a blind date) But once I got to know him, he was a complete jerk to me and everyone else. Suddenly he didn't seem cute to me anymore. Hey, I bet 90% of the bullies you see would be cute if they weren't mean!
