Well, that depends! Are you good friends with this guy? It all depends on what he thinks. If you want to be more than friends, then you should tell him first! Because you dont want him to get all weirded out. But if you dont, then why would you want to kiss him on the cheek? If your saying good-bye or you havent seen each other in a long time, then i could see that. But there's nothing wrong with that! Life is crazy! Make some choices and expeirience life!
