No. It is not the same as the US Mail. Fax machines are oftentimes located in office settings and the incoming messages are not in any way confidential. The person sending the fax has absolutely no idea who is going to be on the receiving end.

If the patient gives permission, then no. If they're doing it without the patient's permission, then yes, it almost certainly is.
You will not be punished even if you work as just the janitor you are still part of the company and it is your right to read the mail; no matter how important it is.
There are advantages to both being read to from someone, or reading to someone. When someone is being read to, they get to listen and learn. By having someone read to another person, they also learn.
If you do not have permission to check or go through someone else's mail in their mailbox (such as checking their mail for them if they are on vacation), it is a federal offense investigated and prosecuted by the Postal Inspection Service. Charges may include "Tampering with the US Mail" or Intercepting US Mail belonging to Another."
It depends upon how they accessed it. If the reader is an employer, or a teacher of the individual, you have basically given them permission to read it. If you left your email open, then there is not going to be any liability. However, if they broke into your email account, they could be charged with some Federal crimes. If you read anybodies mail without permission, it is a federal offense......you like religion? who gave us the right to read the letters in the Good Book? oh well, the Postal service wasn't around then Maybe this is why the Church didn't allow us to read them for a while? The point in question is, we can assume or misinterpret what is meant for the reciever. sorry, I before e except after C...turns out to be a riddle. in the word Christ or Christe or chriest you have a consenant beteewn the c and I so rule doesnt apply, the Ei have to be adjoining neighbors
They made a rule about it. If you know someone is becoming to powerful you just read the rule.
Have you READ the books? Definitely not. No offense. Is this even a serious question?
For the answer to this you wil lneed to read the entire Federal Code.
No. I have never seen God but I do not believe that he is a manitee. There has to be something seriously wrong with someone who would ask that question, no offense. If you read the Bible, you should know that it says nothing about God being a manitee.
