  • When someone seems to hate everything and everyone and just wants to run away it is fairly normal for this to happen to most people throughout their lifetime. Sometimes life is full of pressures; it feels if things aren't coming together for the person; they may feel slightly depressed and are looking for a change and no, it's not a mental disorder, but a phase that most people go through. It could be hormonal or you may need time out (head space) to get your thoughts together. If you are old enough a short to longer vacation or even a change of scenery would do wonders to put you back on track. If you can't afford a vacation or are too young to go on one by yourself then choose something in your life you enjoy such as music; art, etc.
